Janine thrives on helping executives grow as leaders, teams learn and organizations improve productivity and profit. As a strategic consultant and trainer, Janine helps harness the power of collaboration to engage employees in problem solving, decision making and assists leadership teams to align vision, mission and values with business strategy and objectives. Janine is a high-energy facilitator known for her innovative techniques. She has an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and was a Vice President of one of the largest residential community management companies in the nation.
