IPD Gears Up to Design the Coastal Homes Concepts Website

We’re proud to announce that IPD will have the opportunity to design Coastal Home Concepts’ new website and we’re very excited about it. We plan to give them the latest in cutting edge deign, in an effort to put the CHC in the fore-front on the web, just like they are in their genre of custom home building.

Coastal Home Concepts, Inc. is based in Newport Beach, CA and is a reputable company in home building and improvements. They have a long history as a 10 year old company and clearly have the know-how and resources to do spectacular work. Now it’s time for CHC to strut their stuff on the web and truly represent themselves properly with a high quality site to partner with high quality work.

Only our best effort will be put into designing this site and it’s a privilege to work with a great company like Coastal Home Concepts. Check back soon to see the final results of the project.

Riviera Building and Development Website

Riviera Building & Development has long been a staple of the building industry in Orange County. Their website needed to follow the  standard of perfection that they set for their high-end clientele and their commitment to excellence. This expectation that Kyle Nelson at Riviera set for us, gave us the challenge that we enjoy, and allowed us to develop a website for them that was able to effectively showcase Riviera’s unique brand of commercial development.

Our lead developer Spencer Labadie developed Riviera’s website using a mixture of XHTML, CSS, and jQuery scripts in order to create interactivity on top of a platform that is completely search engine friendly,  web 2.0 compliant and will give Riviera a platform that will take them well into future generations of internet change. Additional XHTML/CSS coding by Justin Labadie.

The Wordpress Blog that we integrated will give them a huge advantage over their competitors by offering easy reposting to their customer’s social media profiles, give their customers another way to interact and communicate, and will give Riviera BD a way to quickly post news and important communications to the public.

Riviera Building & Development is based out of Corona del Mar a community of Newport Beach in the Orange County Southern California area, and has been a leader in commercial real estate development for over 20 years. Their projects can range in price from $100,000 to $100,000,000 and many of them are completed on a design-build structure. Riviera takes on projects in many different genres that include hospitality/hotels, high rise luxury condominiums, private schools, retail, restaurants, office, industrial, renovations, and tenant improvements.

J9 Leading Solutions Wins Consulting Contract with Cal Pac/OC Metals

J9 Leading Solutions has entered into consulting agreement with OC Metals and Cal Pac Sheet Metal. Janine McDonald along with her partner Linda Krall have been hired to advise and guide the two companies to increase organizational capacity through focused efforts in quality assurance and business development.

Mari Kurtz, CEO of both businesses, selected the pair based on their reputation for helping organizations find creative solutions to operational business challenges by using a collaborative system that improves efficiency and boosts the bottom line.

McDonald and Krall will help the leadership team navigate the current turbulent economic conditions in the Orange County home building industry to emerge positioned to grow the business. Identifying the future direction of the companies is paramount to the strategic planning process that will be used during the engagement.
A combination of team development workshops, town hall meetings with employees, project team advisement and individual coaching will be used to achieve the desired business outcomes. Kurtz is optimistic that this effort will result in innovative products and services for their clients.

Image Pro Design helped J9 Leading Solutions create an interactive website which helps clients like Cal Pac/OC Metals learn about the variety of services available. The website’s blog provides a business owner like Kurtz with insights on leadership so she can get advice and support in real time, any time.
