We’re excited to announce the launch of So Diego Tours’ new website that we have had the privilege of designing. So Diego Tours is a dynamic company that’s main focus is showcasing the beautiful city of San Diego. SDT serves to give its clients the view of a San Diego local on all the rich culture that San Diego has to provide.

SDTours has a Five-star rating on yelp.com for its dynamic tours of the beautiful city of San Diego and tries to make things up-close and personal for all its tourists. SDT takes small tour groups to make the experience more personal and showcases all the best restaurants, local businesses, neighborhoods, and the beautiful geography.

It was our pleasure to work with such a phenomenal company that cares so deeply about quality of its services and the need to not only please the customer, but “wow” them. As with all of our sites, we incorporated XHTML/CSS Scripting along with jQuery to create a dynamic website that is above and beyond today’s web standards.

Green Beans Coffee

Image Pro Design has partnered up with EngineSF on the Green Beans Coffee website and has had the opportunity to watch this project progress to become a site to be proud of. Specifically speaking, we worked on the front-end coding using xhtml/css and javascript. Using css and jquery we have been able to offer a much more functional interface while creating seamless browser compatibility so that visitors have a much more fluid experience.

Green Beans Coffee Company, located in Larkspur California, got its start with, and has a unique dedication to, the troops of the United States military. Within their cafes at home and around the world, Green Beans Coffee offers the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces the highest quality coffee and tea beverages in an inviting environment where soldiers, airmen, sailors and marines can relax and feel at home.

We have proudly finished the website that Servi-Tek has given us the privilege of designing and put our hardest effort and finest work into this cutting edge site. Mind Your Own Mortgage

Mind Your Own Mortgage Website

It’s always fun to be a part of projects that can make a positive difference in peoples lives, so when Author Robert Bernabe contacted us to build the website that accompanies his book Mind Your Own Mortgage we jumped at the chance to make a difference.

Mind Your Own Mortgage is a consumer awareness book that is designed to put the power in the hands of the people by educating them about what lenders don’t want them to know about their home loan and home refinancing needs. The book may have been written to educate, but it’s the website holds the tools to make sure that the a successful result is accomplished. We created an elaborate back-end that gives you tools to better shop for lenders, acquire and store lender quotes, figure out if it’s time to refinance, and even learn how to save money on your current mortgage with a very advanced set of proprietary calculators.

Rob Bernabe is a 25 year veteran of the financial services industry, and has had the opportunity to work with such companies as E*Trade, KPMG, and H&R Block. Rob’s experience as a mortgage specialist has given him a unique understanding of the good, bad, and the ugly of the mortgage industry. Over the last few months of working on this project we had the of getting to know Rob and we are pleased to say that his passion for consumer advocacy really is sincere and not driven by his own desire to make a buck off of an under-educated public.

Over the months to come Rob want’s to see, as he puts it “a consumer-led transformation of the mortgage industry” and there’s no better time for this to happen than now. In economic times like these it’s great to know that people like Author Rob Bernabe are out to educate the public and ensure that people can greatly improve their situation with a little education and a few simple to use tools.

Riviera Building & Development

Riviera Building and Development Website

Riviera Building & Development has long been a staple of the building industry in Orange County. Their website needed to follow the  standard of perfection that they set for their high-end clientele and their commitment to excellence. This expectation that Kyle Nelson at Riviera set for us, gave us the challenge that we enjoy, and allowed us to develop a website for them that was able to effectively showcase Riviera’s unique brand of commercial development.

Our lead developer Spencer Labadie developed Riviera’s website using a mixture of XHTML, CSS, and jQuery scripts in order to create interactivity on top of a platform that is completely search engine friendly,  web 2.0 compliant and will give Riviera a platform that will take them well into future generations of internet change. Additional XHTML/CSS coding by Justin Labadie.

The Wordpress Blog that we integrated will give them a huge advantage over their competitors by offering easy reposting to their customer’s social media profiles, give their customers another way to interact and communicate, and will give Riviera BD a way to quickly post news and important communications to the public.

Riviera Building & Development is based out of Corona del Mar a community of Newport Beach in the Orange County Southern California area, and has been a leader in commercial real estate development for over 20 years. Their projects can range in price from $100,000 to $100,000,000 and many of them are completed on a design-build structure. Riviera takes on projects in many different genres that include hospitality/hotels, high rise luxury condominiums, private schools, retail, restaurants, office, industrial, renovations, and tenant improvements.
